i wish i still lived in nyc so i could visit the Built by Wendy stores. i just came across this line and love that it’s full of dresses, skirts, tops, pants that can be easily mixed and matched. in honor of the 60 degree weather we had up here in boston this weekend, i’m featuring this cute ruffle skirt because i love these feminine ruffle layers in a spring blue color.
