guess what indie fans? there is more to fashion magazines than Vogue and Elle and InStyle! i’ve been really excited about the emergence of online indie magazines and i’m here to share them with you! the first is VivaLaModa, a handmade online magazine that supports indie designers and crafters and is made by indie collaborators.
my favorite feature is the what to wear? section. the current issue answers questions like:
what can i wear to make me look slimmer?
how should i style patterned tights?
how old is too old to wear leggings?
what do i wear with converse sneakers?
and along with the really helpful answers to these questions, they suggest indie clothing designers to look at. and i have to say, i really like the designers they featured in this issue (because many of them are past the clothing menu favs)! they include indie designers ellaina boutique, lirola, and VenniCaprice.

the clothing menu and VivaLaModa agree that you’re never too old for leggings – as long as you wear them right!
