Printed pants are tricky. They are on-trend, but they are bold! So I was glad to find this pair of printed pants in subtle gray colors so they aren’t too over-powering.

The day I wore this outfit was one of those days where I couldn’t wait to get home and change out of it. I just didn’t like it. This was during those weeks between summer and fall when the weather was fluctuting and I hadn’t unpacked my fall clothes so I was working with what I had from the summer.
Sweater: Marshalls / Maxi skirt: Michael Kors / Gray flats: Toms
This shirt is from Fresh Produce, an online store that sells casual clothes for weekend and work in fun prints and colors. This shirt I’m wearing is a great layering piece to brighten up an outfit!

I don’t usually wear much jewelry to work. I’m not sure why – I just prefer to save it for outfits worn on a weekend night out to dress them up. But this day I wanted to wear two pieces I had recently bought. The necklace is from a mobile truck in Boston, Lola’s Urban Vintage, and the bracelet has most of my last name on it, “amour,” so I had to get it!

This polka dot blouse is one of my favorite fall time purchase so far. I like that I can wear it blousy with skinny pants or wear it cinched with a skinny belt like here.
